Adventures of Tyrone and Jessy Pooh

First thing you should know is my dad and I are natural thrill seekers...troublemakers and a good time. Around us you'll most likely find yourself saying something like "omg Tyrone/jess" "I don't know them" or "when in Rome." You also will most likely find us with a drink in our hand/hands. My choice of poison...pretty much anything haha. My dad 99% of the time...Corona...in any variation it comes in.

Since my body has decided it would rather wither away and look like e.t. in the scene where they find him in the creek, rather than the smokin hot strong body I was working on, it's become harder to find exciting/strenuous things I'm still able to do.
You can usually find me at home in bed...zippin around the house on my scooter or drinking in the front yard. I know I know...livin the life right...no it's incredibly boring and frustrating. I manage though and my parents are usually down for whatever. Of course my friends and other family are helpful too.

I don't really remember who suggested we ride my scooters to my brother's house for my nephew's birthday party but my dad and I equally were pumped about it. My brother and sister in law live 1.6 miles away to be exact. Naturally we would need to pack beers in my bag on my scooter and a couple water bottles with our road "sodas" in the basket.

So we told mom our plan and she said ok see you there. We packed our bag and away we went! Pedal to the metal down the street we flew! Wind in our hair...well wind in my hair mostly haha. Since I don't drive anymore this is the closest I'll get to it again. So I made sure to hit the top speed of 5 mph! I know...daredevil! My dad and i raced to the end of our street then turned onto the main road. As we're cruising along I hear my dad behind me say it's time for a drink followed by a curse word and laugh. Apparently trying to take a drink he spilled all over himself haha. I waited till we were stopped to try and when my dad went to open the water bottle for me it shot straight up and then down onto him. We started laughing and at this point he's pretty soaked. Luckily by the time we got there he was dry. We enjoyed our time with family and friends and had a smooth ride home. It's definitely an adventure we won't forget and the start of many more like it. Life is definitely different now but just takes a little more effort and creativity to keep it interesting and worthwhile.
